2.3. Required Registration InformationDuring registration, you must provide:

3.2. Tax Responsibilities. Prices listed for our Services do not include taxes and are displayed net of any applicable charges such as withholding taxes or other levies. You, as the Client, are solely responsible for covering any taxes, duties, or fees associated with the Services, where applicable.
3.3. Price Adjustments. We reserve the right to modify the fees for our paid Services to reflect changes in our operational costs (e.g., expenses related to sales, marketing, personnel, IT, etc.). Any price changes will not affect ongoing subscriptions or payments already made for single-time Services. Updates to prices take effect upon subscription renewal or new orders. It is your responsibility to verify the latest pricing and Service features on the Website before placing an order. Should you disagree with a new price, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle or refrain from making further purchases. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
3.4. Free Trial Periods. We may provide free trials for certain paid Services (the "Free Trial"). These trials are valid for a limited time and, upon expiration, the Services will be suspended unless payment is made for further usage.
3.5. Payment Obligations. You are required to pay for any paid Services purchased, including associated fees and charges incurred under your account. Payment terms, methods, and schedules are detailed on the Website and in your Account. Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the Services.

3.11. Recurring Charges. Subscriptions involve automatic renewals and recurring charges using the agreed-upon payment method and intervals unless canceled beforehand.
3.12. Service Fee Structures. Services are offered based on various pricing models:
- Proxy usage/GB-based pricing,
- One-time payments for a specific duration,
- Subscriptions (monthly/yearly/otherwise – see Clause 3.11),
- Custom agreements for businesses and wholesale clients.
3.13. Credits System. You may purchase system credits (“Credits”) through your Account to pay for Services. Each Credit is priced at 1 EUR (plus applicable taxes) and equates to 1 EUR in value. Unused Credits expire after 12 months, with no refunds issued. If insufficient Credits are available for plan renewal, the plan may be canceled. Refunds for Credits, if applicable, are processed as Credits only.
3.14. Updated Payment Details. Notify us promptly of any changes to your payment information (e.g., new card numbers or expiration dates) to avoid interruptions in subscription services.
3.15. Payment Providers. Purchases may be facilitated through third-party providers or payment processing companies, as specified by the Company.
3.16. Fee Disputes. Any concerns regarding fees or charges must be submitted in writing within three months of the transaction date.
4. REFUND POLICY4.1. General Refund Conditions. Payments for Credits, subscriptions, or one-time-use Services are non-refundable, except when Services are defective or inactive due to Company-related technical issues within the first 24 hours of purchase. If the problem is not resolved promptly, you may request a refund by providing proof of the issue. Claims submitted after the 24-hour period imply acceptance of the Service quality.
4.2. Refund Method. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method or as Credits added to your Account.
5. SHIPPING POLICY5.1. Delivery of Proxy ServicesAfter your payment is successfully processed, proxy access will be delivered instantly to the email address or account tied to your purchase. You will also receive comprehensive instructions to configure and utilize the service.
5.2. Delivery Timeline- For first-time customers: Proxy service details are sent within 5–10 minutes after purchase verification.
- For existing users or subscribers: Access is typically granted immediately following payment confirmation.

5.4. Refunds and CancellationsAs the service provided is digital, all sales are final. For exceptions and more details, refer to Section 4 titled “Refund Policy.”
5.5. Service Renewal- One-time use: Service renewal requires you to actively choose to continue and submit payment for another period.
- Subscription-based use: Subscriptions automatically renew based on the chosen billing cycle. Prior to the renewal date, an email reminder will be sent. To cancel your subscription, ensure the cancellation is completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

6. LICENSE TERMS6.1. License ScopeSubject to compliance with this Agreement, we provide you with a personal, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use the systems, software, or materials available on our Website in connection with your purchased Services. The duration and scope of this license depend directly on the Services you purchase. No other rights, explicit or implied, are granted under this Agreement.
6.2. Permitted Use of Licensed MaterialsThe Company’s systems, software, or materials accessible via the Website may only be used for research, personal purposes, or lawful commercial activities as outlined in this Agreement and relevant laws. This includes content that facilitates communication with such entities, recruits members, finances activities, or provides information on the creation of weapons or tools for terrorist purposes.
7.2.3 Fraud and ImpersonationEngage in fraudulent activities, including identity theft, misrepresentation, or unauthorized collection or distribution of financial data, credit card details, or other sensitive information. Fraudulent impersonation or pretending to hold a false identity for deceitful purposes is also prohibited.
7.2.4 Malicious PracticesEncourage or promote witchcraft or similar harmful practices that violate human rights or cause physical harm.
7.2.5 Malware DistributionCreate, transmit, or distribute malicious software, including but not limited to viruses, trojans, spyware, or adware, that disrupts or compromises the operation of computers, networks, or related systems.
7.2.6 Network DisruptionPerform actions such as Denial-of-Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks that impair or render network resources inaccessible.
7.2.7 Unauthorized InterferenceAccess or interfere with other systems, devices, or networks without authorization, causing disruption, damage, or denial of service.
7.2.8 Distribution of Harmful ContentShare or distribute content deemed abusive, harassing, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, including material that infringes on the rights of others or poses a hazard to public safety.
7.2.9 Prohibited ContentEngage with or distribute content that is improper, socially unacceptable, or violates societal norms, including pornography, materials promoting child exploitation, drug use, human trafficking, or incitement to violence. This prohibition extends to content that encourages hate speech, misinformation, or acts of extremism.

7.2.15 Competition with the CompanyDevelop, assist in, or operate any service that directly competes with the Company’s offerings, or replicate its features, ideas, or functionalities.
7.2.16 Service DisruptionEngage in activities that interfere with the integrity or performance of the Website or Services.
7.2.17 Unauthorized AccessUse the Services or Website after suspension or termination of your Account or if barred from access for any reason.

7.6 Reporting ViolationsWe encourage clients to report violations of these rules or suggest additional content for blocking. Any information shared with the Company is voluntary and does not warrant compensation.
7.7 Personal ResponsibilityClients are expected to exercise reasonable judgment in identifying prohibited actions or content.
